• Collaborate with teams to identify target audiences and strategically plan media campaigns
• Manage and optimize all kinds of ad campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ad placements and ROI.
• Optimize media plans and budgets by selecting the most effective media mix for campaign success.
• Proven experience as a media buyer or similar role in an advertising agency or media company.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients.
• Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of media campaigns.

• At least 3 years of proven experience  in media-buying, planning, and research methodologies
• Strong communication skills to diffuse intense situations between clients, team members, and other departments
• Advanced knowledge in Google Ads (PPC, display, responsive, dynamic, video, etc), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Graduate in any discipline preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and media partners
• Experience in digital media, including proficiency in leveraging digital platforms and technologies

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of VERY EXPERIENCED digital marketers, copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, and video editors.
• Develop digital marketing strategies by doing competitor research and other indicators.
• Develop and execute successful social media posts and creatives.
• Develop and execute successful Ad campaigns
• Conduct market research, guide copywriters
• Review Ad campaigns and recommend fixes
• Monitor and optimize social media posts, Ad creatives, social media creatives, copywriting, etc.
• Collect appropriate data and make reports for clients
• Primary point of contact for clients
• Keep abreast of Digital Marketing trends

Requirements
———————-
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a digital marketing executive or similar role, preferably in DSP networks or Digital media buying agencies.
• Strong communication skills to diffuse intense situations between clients, team members and other departments
• Client Retention – responsible for assisting team members with client issues and stepping in when necessary.
• Advance knowledge in Google Ads (PPC, display, responsive, dynamic, video etc), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
• Measure the effectiveness of strategy (conversions, sales, ROI) and make decisions based on data
• Experience with reporting (We’ll review a sample report prepared for your client).
• Experience with relevant tools and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
• Graduate in any discipline preferably in English medium.
